🗓️ 30-Day Return Eligibility

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order to initiate a return. To qualify, the pressure washer must remain in its original, unused condition: never operated with water or cleaning solutions, with all original components, accessories, and packaging intact. A valid order confirmation, digital receipt, or proof of purchase is required to verify the transaction and expedite processing.

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, pressure washers that have been filled with water, fuel, or cleaning chemicals cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Receive Documentation: Once our team reviews and approves your request (typically within one business day), we will issue a prepaid return shipping label alongside clear packaging and drop-off instructions.
  3. Quality Verification & Resolution: After your return arrives at our fulfillment center, our technical team will conduct a standard inspection (usually within 5–7 business days). Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will immediately dispatch your replacement unit or process your refund at zero additional cost. Please note: items returned without prior written authorization will not be processed or accepted into our inventory.

Exchanges are exclusively available for units that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly configured, or shipped in error. 💲 Zero-Fee Structure

  • Restocking Charge: None. We do not impose administrative or restocking fees on eligible returns.

🛑 Order Cancellations & Refund Timing

If your order remains in the pre-fulfillment phase and has not yet been transferred to our shipping carrier, you may cancel it at any time for a complete, immediate refund. Once your order has been packaged and a tracking identifier (via UPS, DHL, or USPS) has been issued, cancellations are no longer administratively feasible. In such cases, please allow the shipment to arrive and then initiate the standard return procedure.
